General Information
The Car2Europe short term lease program offers brand new Peugeot vehicles direct from the factory for short stay clients arriving in the European Union.
Who is eligible?
You must be a non-European Union resident (European Union citizens living outside the E.U. can take advantage of the Buy Back program).
Must be over 18 years. No age maximum.
All Peugeot rates include:
A brand new Peugeot direct from the factory.
Full vehicle insurance coverage including third party liability and theft.
Full factory warranty.
Unlimited kilometers.
24 hour Peugeot roadside assistance.
All Peugeot vehicles are left hand drive (same as in North America).
No insurance excess (Zero Deductible).
No extra driver fees.
No airport fees.
No VAT tax
Peugeot lease rate does NOT include:
Fuel and/or Charging costs
Insurance coverage for personal effects (e.g. laptop, jewelry)
Local toll, highway fees, or travel stickers required by local authorities.

Islands that are part of the countries listed above are also allowed.
E.g.: the Balearic and Canary Islands (Spain) - Sardinia and Sicily (Italy) - Madeira and Azores (Portugal) - Corsica (France) - Crete (Greece).
A TT vehicle cannot be driven in United Kingdom.
Beyond these countries, the client will assume full liability, material and criminal incidents that may occur.
Delivery & Return Locations
France
Pickup and return of a vehicle within one of our designated French locations is free. These locations can be found during the online order process or on our dedicated location page: http://autofrance.net/locations/france/
Outside Of France
Pick up of a vehicle within one of our designated locations outside of France is FREE, however, return outside of France involves a fee. The return fee for these locations are displayed during the order process and all final prices are calculated at conclusion of placing an online order. If you should decide to return your vehicle to a location outside of France, you will be responsible for that fee location. Important note:
If your vehicle lease period has begun and you have chosen a fee-based (non-French) return location, you will not be reimbursed for the location fee if you decide to return it to a Non-Fee French location. Once a contracted lease has started, location fees are non-refundable.
Peugeot Cancellation Fees
The fees below will apply if you cancel your booking. Fees are based upon where vehicle is scheduled to be delivered and number of days prior to delivery.
Applicable Cancellation Charges for Peugeot Car2Europe: Pick up in France & any other European country
Cancel 30 days or more prior to the lease start date and receive a full refund - NO cancelation fee.
Cancel 30 days or less before pickup date: up to US$400 - US$1000
No Show: US$1000
For any reason, if you are not pleased with the vehicle and wish to cancel, you must not take delivery of the vehicle. This is compulsory.
If you wish to change the car for another one, Peugeot will invoice the following fees (registration of the first car + other expenses), but you must not take delivery of the first car.
Other Potential Fees
Vehicles must be vacuumed clean and free of any rubbish as there is a $100.00 fee that can be imposed by the local agent for an excessively dirty vehicle.
Peugeot Early Return Policy
The following terms apply if you return your vehicle early:
• REFUNDING UNUSED DAYS:
Detailed calculation:
• Minimum holding period of 30 days, no refund before that.
• No refund of unused days if return less than 7 days from the end of the contract.
• Cancellation of base contract promotions if do not fit in the adjusted contract characteristics.
• Reimbursement of the gap between base and adjusted contract with a 20% withholding.
To get a refund for unused days, send your request in writing to your TT representative along with a copy of the vehicle receipt from
the return center.
If the contract has been extended, no refund for early return.
Auto France Payment Terms
Your credit card information is never stored with us or our website, it is however temporarily stored with our banking institution as per normal business procedure and will be automatically debited for the remaining balance on the date specified in your order status details.
Once we have confirmed that the vehicle is available (usually within one business day), we will debit the credit card you supplied for the deposit of $500. The remaining balance will be debited 45 days prior to the lease start date using the card stored with our banking institution. If the lease start date is less than 45 days away from the order placement date, the full balance will be debited in lieu of a deposit.

Marketing emails will provide you with an option to opt out at any time however transactional emails pertaining to your purchases will be sent regardless of opt-out.
