The Auto France website does make limited use of cookies to better serve you. However, we do not store any personal or credit card information about you in these cookies. They do contain a session id number and some other basic information about your visit (for instance, which country you chose when you came to the site or what dates you plan to travel).
Secure Transactions
All requests and credit card confirmations sent to us from our web site go through our secure server to protect your information. Auto France does not store any credit card information and all transactions are processed and temporarily stored via an HTTPS connection with our banking institution and payment gateway system.
Phone Number & OTP Verification
Phone Number & One-Time Passcodes (OTP)
When you provide your mobile phone number, we use it to send you a one-time passcode (OTP) to verify your identity during checkout and help secure your account and transactions. OTP messages are transactional/security messages and are not marketing.
How we use this information
We may use your phone number and verification-related data (such as the time an OTP was requested/sent, delivery status, and whether the code was successfully verified) to:

troubleshoot delivery issues and provide customer support.
Service providers
We may share your phone number and limited verification metadata with vendors who help us deliver text messages and operate our authentication systems (for example, SMS delivery providers). These vendors may use this information only to provide services to us and according to our instructions.
Retention
We retain phone numbers and verification logs only as long as necessary for account access, security, customer support, and legal/compliance purposes. OTP codes expire quickly and are not intended to be stored in readable form after verification (except as needed in limited log data).
Your choices
If you do not want to receive OTP texts, you can contact support for alternatives. If you opt out of receiving text messages, SMS-based sign-in may not work.
About Your Email Address and Personal Information
Auto France recognizes and appreciates the importance of responsible use of information collected on this site. We will be asking from you the following information, depending on what specific service you require from us: name, e-mail address, home address, mobile phone number, gender, date of birth, city and country of birth,passport number and type, and country of issue of passport. We will only use this information to contact you regarding any requests or bookings made with us and to process your request for booking.
If you have registered to be a member of our site and have logged into our site, your personal information will be retrieved whenever you send in a request or choose to edit your member information. If you share your computer with others, please make sure you log out when you are done using our site to avoid inadvertantly giving others access to your account.
