|
Lille, known as the city of "Art et Histoire" has a rich and illustrious history
dating back at least 1,000 years. It is northern France's largest city and
houses several impressive museums, including arguably France's second largest
museum. Lille has an active and bustling nightlife and many outstanding
restaurants. Our car rental and car lease clients will find plenty to see
in this sprawling metropolian area. On Lille's outskirts, you will find
leafy parks and a museum of modern art. Lille has conserved a large number
of buildings and monuments, both secular and religious, which remain as
testaments to its illustrious past. These include the Citadelle park and
fortress. |
