Clermont is one of the oldest cities in Europe. The first crusades
started from there when Clermont was already more than 1,000 years old. It has
a populatioon of 141,000 and a metropolitan area of some 406,000 inhabitants.
It was the home of Blaise Pascal and hosts an annual short
film festival with more viewers than the Cannes Film Festival. It
hosts some 20 annual festivals of film, music, theater and dance. Clermont
is home to two famous cathedral churches: Notre Dame du Port and Notre
Dame de l'Assumption. Our car rental and car lease clients can get an
